After completing a Masters Degree at Leeds University, Jennifer went on to train in advanced remedial massage therapy at the Northern Institute of Massage. On completion she then went on to a further 3 years of study at the Northern College of Acupuncture.
Jennifer is also the Head of Department of Bodywork at the Northern College, where she teaches massage and soft tissue work integrated with Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Jennifer is a member of the London Counties Society of Physiologists (LCSP), the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Her long term interest is the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain with the integration of massage and acupuncture. She is passionate about a multi-disciplinary approach to healthcare.
For the past two years Jennifer has additionally chaired the board of trustees of local cancer care charity Sunflowers and helped them develop their complementary healthcare department.
Since becoming a mother of 2 Jennifer has a growing passion for treating women's health issues through Acupuncture and holistic living.
